With the default implementation of PentagonDocs Assistant, a Graphical Workflow tab is available. This will not be available if your vault has had any configuration changes to the workflows in the vault which means the layout in the graphical workflow application is no longer applicable. The graphical workflow is fully interactive and allows the user to click on the next workflow state to action the workflow change. It will also highlight if the transition is not possible, and messages will be displayed for any missing metadata etc. the same as the usual workflow.
