The project log is available by selecting the 'Extranet' tab on a project object. The project log shows all uploads associated with the selected project.

Pop-out Log Window

Pops out the current project log into a separate window. 

Configure Extranet Definitions

Opens the interface where extranet definitions can be created, edited or deleted.

Views this help file.


The log header gives details of the selected project name, ID and Version. Log items are listed with details of the extranet definition, filename, status and request date.


Each file in the project log has a status icon and description, please see Log Management for more details.


The icon can be used to open a pop-out window showing the specific version of the file.


Double-clicking on an upload request, opens the 'Request Details' dialogue box.




The log can be searched using the search box in the toolbar.




NOTE: Only the metadata displayed in the log is used for the search feature. Metadata from the associated objects is not taken into account.
