This dashboard is designed to provide more detailed insight into PMA locations, their utilisation levels, and any significant variances detected within indexed locations.

Identifying unusual variances at an early stage can help highlight potential location access issues or indexing problems before they become more widespread.


The “Average Number of Emails Filed” chart, located in the upper-left section of the dashboard, displays the average number of e-mails filed to each PMA location during the period defined by the date filter at the top of the page. A custom date range can be selected to analyse filing trends for specific periods, such as holiday seasons or other business cycles.



This chart is interactive. Selecting a bar (location) - the selected bar will get a striped pattern - updates the information displayed on the right-hand side of the dashboard, allowing administrators to drill further into the selected location’s details and activity.

The “Consolidated Index Count” is a calculated value representing the most likely number of e-mails indexed within a location. The system determines this figure by consolidating data reported by individual users and assigning a confidence value based on the consistency of those reports. As each user maintains an individual index, there is no single definitive source of truth for the exact number of indexed e-mails within a location. Instead, the dashboard uses this consolidated approach to identify discrepancies and highlight potential outliers between users.



This information is particularly valuable as it can provide early visibility of:

    • User access issues to specific locations
    • Indexing delays or synchronisation problems
    • Incorrect user permissions or unintended access to locations


Finally, a pie chart located at the bottom-left of the dashboard provides an organisation-level overview of provider type distribution.
