Congratulate the candidates on completing their training.
Explain that there was quite a few things to absorb so if they need a top-up the Quick Start Guide is a perfect place to start
Not everything has been covered. Often the thing users want to do is on a right-click menu, so be sure to encourage them to try a right-click as they may discover capabilities that they would otherwise not have known
Encourage them to look at the FAQs if they have a question as it will reduce the burden on their I.T. support team (Be sure to read the FAQs yourself)
Similarly you should encourage people to take a look at the Troubleshooting section if they receive an error message or something is not working as expected.
