PMA with New Outlook add-in appears in Outlook Classic even after removal
Due to inconsistent behaviour in how Outlook deals with removing add-ins, it may be that the icon for PMA's web add-in for New Outlooks remains.
If this is the case, please allow some extra time for the change to synchronize or follow the below steps to try and speed up the process:
- Close Outlook (Classic and New).
- Open the Run command by pressing the Windows key + R.
- Type %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\HubAppFileCache and press Enter.
- Delete all the files and folders in the folder that opens.
- Restart Outlook and check if the add-in is now removed.
