PentagonMail Assistant Local Dashboards offer real-time analysis of email filing activity. This read-only view enables users to identify trends and optimise workflows.

PMA Local Dashboards allow users to filter and analyse email activity by location, recipient, and time frame. With interactive charts and intuitive filtering options, the dashboards make it easy to explore email filing data.

In PMA version 5.0.238.0, two additional tabs were introduced to the PMA Dashboards, expanding the analytics to the organisational level: “Organisation Filing Overview” and “Organisation Location Activity Summary.” The original charts can be found in the “Personal Filing Interaction” tab.

By making use of the charts provided within these additional tabs, users can perform a comprehensive analysis of the entire team’s email filing activity.

Please note that the data displayed in these local dashboards is filtered according to the active PMA filing groups. This means you will not see metrics from locations you do not have access to, and you can also choose to deactivate confidential groups when reviewing this data.
