PMA Dashboards Requirements 

PMA version 5.0.233 or later must be installed.

How to Access

One feature of PentagonMail Assistant is the ability to view dashboards for each of your filing locations. Dashboards can be accessed from three locations:


  • Outlook Sidebar under "More"


  • Search


  • System Tray 


Dashboards Refresh

The PMA User Dashboards will automatically load the latest data when launched. To refresh the dashboards, click the icon in the top-left corner of the screen. 

If the icon is greyed out, the dashboards are already displaying the most up-to-date information and do not require an update. When PMA detects new data, the refresh icon becomes clickable.


 


Other Notes about PMA User Dashboards 

  • All data is read-only. No actions within the dashboards can change PMA filing data.
  • It is safe to close the dashboards window at any time.
  • PMA User Dashboards will analyse PMA filing data for activity that occurred prior to installing a dashboard-enabled version of PMA.

 

Full Screen Chart 

Each chart in the PMA dashboards has an option to view it in full screen. Click the Full Screen icon to maximise the chart.   

"Clear Filter" versus "Clear Filters"

To restore all information after applying filters, you can either click the “Clear Filter” button on an individual chart where a filter has been applied, or use the main “Clear Filters” button.

The difference is that “Clear Filter” removes only the filter applied to the selected chart. In contrast, “Clear Filters” removes all filters applied across all charts on both Organisational tabs, with the exception of the “Date Filter (Organisation)”.



Date Filters


There are two date filters available in the PMA Local Dashboards:


  • Date Filter (Personal)
  • Date Filter (Organisation)


These are located in specific tabs:


  • Date Filter (Personal): Found in the "Personal Filing Interaction" tab - It only affects charts within this tab.
  • Date Filter (Organisation): Found in the "Organisation Filing Overview" and "Organisation Location Activity Summary" tabs. Applying this filter in one tab affects all applicable charts across both Organisation tabs.




Filtering Options 

Several filtering options are available within the dashboards. These include:

  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • Last 60 Days
  • Last 90 Days
  • Year-to-date
  • Quarter-to-date
  • Month-to-date
  • Set Filter... (Calendar)
