Install PMA with New Outlook

Overview

This guide provides instructions for installing PMA with New Outlook support.

Prerequisites

It is assumed that New Outlook is installed, licensed and has at least one e-mail account preconfigured.

Install Guide

1. Install PMA normally:

Folder icon  Pentagon Mail Assistant (x64).msi

Follow the instructions in the Installation section to configure PMA to your liking.

2. New Outlook-specific steps:

Browse To Outlook Manage Apps.

Click on "My Add-ins" and scroll down to “Custom Addins”.

Click “Add a custom add-in”, then choose “Add from File…”.

Paste in the Manifest URL: https://pma.pentagonsolutions.com/Manifest/PentagonSolutions.MailAssistant.NewOutlook.Addin.xml into the “File name:” textbox and click Open.

When the warning pops up, select to install. After that, the browser window can be closed.

3. Navigate to the Initialising PMA with New Outlook page to complete the configuration.
