This guide provides instructions for using PMA with New Outlook.

How to Access the Sidebar in New Outlook

When you first open New Outlook, you may notice that the sidebar does not appear when you select an email. To display the sidebar, follow these steps:

  1. Select an Email: Click on any email in your inbox.
  2. Click the “Apps” Icon: Look for the icon within the email pane. The icon resembles a grid as shown in the figure below.

  1. Choose PentagonMail Assistant From The List Of Available Apps.


  1. Pin the Sidebar: Click the “Pin” icon to keep the sidebar visible for easy access as shown in figure below.

 

Following these steps will help you manage your emails more effectively in New Outlook.
