Select Recipients
To add any additional recipients, right-click in the ‘Recipients’ list area and select ‘Add Recipients’, and add a new recipient in the same process as when creating a new Transmitall:
Follow the same procedure as previously to add additional recipients. Newly added recipients will be added to the bottom of the listing. You can then specify which recipients will receive this issue by checking\unchecking the ‘For Issue’ checkbox next to each recipient:
Click ‘OK’ to close the ‘Transmittals Details’ dialog.
When you have added any additional recipients/documents and specified which are to be issued, select the Transmittal and click the ‘Build and Check-in’ button on the ribbon:
The reissue of the Transmittal will now be generated and once the task is completed on the server, you can view the reissued Transmittal in PentagonDocs Assistant.
In the example above, the historical issue sheet shows the previous issue and then the new issue with the newly added recipient and documents only transmitted in the last issue. The issue reference in the Transmittal file name is also automatically incremented.
