On the left side is the task panel (open by clicking the handle indicated below), showing quick links for the creation of the various PentagonDocs Assistant objects such as Assignments, Company, Contact, Document, Project, and View. It also provides quick ‘Go To’ shortcuts for commonly used views. The options shown on the task panel will change depending on the object you have selected, so if you have selected a PDF, it will offer the Annotation options whereas if you select a contact object, it won’t.
