Ensure the file was opened from a file location within PentagonDocs Assistant or is saved to PentagonDocs Assistant. Also check the connection to the vault is successful by clicking on the settings option in the PentagonDocs Assistant Ribbon. Check that the file is checked out, for full editing capabilities.
