Check in the metadata for the file that an Approver has been assigned and that any X-ref files are also approved prior to the main design file being put through the workflow. The AutoCAD file cannot be processed if your configuration is set so that an x-ref file has to also be at ‘WIP Approved’ before the drawing is also approved. The file can only be moved through the transition if it is checked in.
