Ensure the file was opened from a file location within PentagonDocs Assistant or is saved to PentagonDocs Assistant. Also check the connection to the vault is active, by clicking on the settings option in the PentagonDocs Assistant Ribbon. If some of the icons are available, check the file is checked out, for full editing capabilities. Also check the vault has a license assigned to your User (PentagonDocs Assistant Admin Utility > License Management > Assignments > AutoCAD Named Users)
