Once authenticated, the ACC definition will be valid for 12 days from creation. If you do not upload using this authentication within 12 days from creation your refresh token will expire and you will need reauthenticate. If this happens you may observe the following message when trying to upload:



Cause: A retry has been attempted against an outdated configuration.
Solution: Follow the steps on this page to reauthenticate your definition: Autodesk BIM 360/ACC Configuration


Once the definition has been re-authenticated, go back to your extranet upload log and click on the retry button.
