Support Paths - PDF Rendition Settings

For accurate rendering of PDF files, DWG Processor Application needs access to AutoCAD Fonts, Shape files, Linetype definitions and Plot configuration files - on your M-Files server.

The Support Paths tab allows configuration of the folder locations to search for these files.

Additional support paths can be added using the 'Add Path' button. The selected path can removed by clicking the 'Remove Path' button.

Support paths are searched in the same order they appear in the list, with the first matching file being supplied to the renderer.

Locations for these Support paths may be found within AutoCAD, under the File menu > Options > Files:

They may have been be customised by your company, but some typical locations are as follows:

When all the Support Paths have been entered, click 'OK' or 'Apply' to save the changes.

NOTE: It is recommended that dependant Font files, Shape files, Linetype definitions and Plot configuration files be copied from an AutoCAD workstation to the M-Files server. e.g. Create an Autodesk folder on the M-Files server, then copy the Fonts, Support and Plotters folders from an AutoCAD workstation into it. Add these folders to the list of Support Paths as shown above.
