License won't activate
PentagonMail Assistant has to communicate with the licensing server to activate licences, so if licenses are not activating there may be a problem with your firewall/proxy server or virus checker.
Resolution: You will need to:
- Add the following URL to your firewall's exception list:https://licensingportal.pentagonsolutions.com/
To test this is working, follow the link in a browser. You should see either your company's dashboard or a login page
- Ensure that the application PentagonMail Assistant.BackgroundFiler.exe is whitelisted by your security software
