Yes. It is, however, recommended that you turn the prompt to file sent messages off in one of the applications. Otherwise, they will both offer to file each message when sent. 


WARNING: Whilst the programs typically co-exist happily, we are aware that one customer found that Mail Manager 6.1 prevented PentagonMail Assistant from running. The solution was to uninstall Mail Manager.
