Adding Locations to a Meridian PMA Filing Group
If you want to use PentagonMail Assistant with Meridian, after performing the installation with the appropriate features included and following the steps for configuring PentagonMail Assistant to Meridian Connection (Meridian System Admin) and adding the Meridian vault as a target filing system, the last action is to add the appropriate locations. Please follow the below steps to perform this.

Step 1: Select a Meridian Group and select “New Location” .
Step 2: Select a folder within the vault or create a new folder and press "OK".
This will add the location to the Location Manager.
Repeat the above steps as many times as you need, to add all the desired Meridian locations.
Once this is done, you can start filing messages from Outlook to Meridian, using PentagonMail Assistant.
