Rather than sending your colleagues emails with large attachments you can use these features to send links instead. This avoids both duplication of files and overloading your email server will large files.


You can can paste the links into any email or document.


The links can be to: files, folders or both and each one includes a link to the location where the folder or document resides.



NOTE: Mounts are converted to UNC paths. Where you have multiple servers a mount like P:\projects can point to different places for different people, so to ensure that the links always work, PentagonMail Assistant converts them into UNC paths.
