On each user’s machine in C:\ProgramData\PentagonDocs Assistant\Revit you will find a file called SheetLocationCache.dat

As the name suggests, this file caches the locations of the shared parameter text so that each publish process does not need to find the positions each time. This improves the publishing performance. If you have changed your title block layouts you will need to clear this cache.
