Metadata can be added to the PentagonDocs Assistant Update Reference dialogue to help users decide if the XREF should be updated.

Further information is available for users by selecting View in PentagonDocs Assistant, Show History or Select Version which each open an M-Files dialogue showing the document details.


NOTE: The Reference Name and Change Status columns cannot be changed.
