Trouble logging into PentagonDocs Assistant
Completely log out of the system by right-clicking on the M icon in the system tray and select Log Out before trying to access the Vault once again. If the error still occurs, re-boot the PC and try to Log in. Typically, your Windows login will be used to log in to the vault, requiring no further action from yourself. You may receive a message that a domain controller cannot be contacted for authentication. This indicates that your PC cannot connect to the Domain Controller, and you should raise this with your IT.
