The M-Files installation adds a ribbon in Microsoft Outlook to save attachments to M-Files. Note you can also use this tool to file to M-Files, but it is not as user friendly as PentagonMail Assistant.



With an email selected in Outlook, choose the M-Files ribbon and Save Attachments to M-Files. Select the desired vault from the list of available connections. 



A new document metadata card is displayed. Select the appropriate class and populate the metadata. Press Create to add the attachment to the vault as a new document.
