Pentagon Mail is a plug-in to Microsoft Outlook that facilitates filing and finding messages. By learning your filing behaviours it guides you, making it fast and easy to file messages to the right: Project, Customer, Case, Opportunity, etc.


With its ability to file and search whilst off-line you can work efficiently whilst away from the office regardless of whether you need to file to Windows folders on an office server, M-Files or cloud storage like Onedrive, Google Drive, DropBox, Box, BIM 360, etc.


Various settings for this can be customised with PentagonDocs Assistant Admin Utility
