Pentagon Mail can be licensed by 'named user' and you can manage your company's licences yourself. You can also purchase an Enterprise license (also known as a Domain license) which allows all users on your domain to use the software. Whichever license types that you have, you can monitor and manage your licenses via your own portal.

If you have purchased named user licenses you may need to allocate licenses to users before they can activate them on their PCs.

Differences between Named-User and Enterprise licenses

* At the start of the licensing period you agree with Pentagon the number of licences you will need. During the 12 months of each licensing term you can exceed the agreed license by a reasonable amount. Details of what is deemed to be reasonable is subject to change, please check current licensing terms.

** The dashboard will provide details of usage with graphs and statistics.

NOTE: A license is linked to the user and not the device, so one user can have multiple devices and only consume one license
