Not all Outlook items can be filed

Pentagon Mail can not file all Outlook items. For example calendar items can not be filed.


The search does not include the contents of attachments

Whilst Pentagon Mail's search allows you to search for the filename of an attachment, it does not search into attachments. Use the M-Files search to search into attachments of messages filed into M-Files.
