Why re-issue? Re-issuing an existing Transmittal maintains the issue history and the Issue Sheet will contain information about previously issued documents and recipients over the life of the Transmittal. This can be very useful when clients request historical information.


To re-issue a Transmittal:

  • Open Transmittals Main Application (see View Transmittals)
  • Locate & Select the required Transmittal
  • Mark for Reissue

How to mark a Transmittal for Reissue

This is the first step. Once the Transmittal has been marked for reissue, documents can be added or removed and recipients may be added or removed.
